INFORMACIÓN GENERAL

LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L." utiliza un servicio de mensajería internacional para todos los pedidos, garantizando la entrega de los paquetes de lunes a sábado en la mayor parte del mundo.

El plazo de entrega depende del producto solicitado:

Para productos no personalizables, recibirás tu pedido en un plazo de 10-15 días.

Para las joyas personalizadas, incluidos los artículos grabados, recibirás tu pedido en un plazo de 3 semanas.

En cuanto se envíe tu pedido, te enviaremos un correo electrónico de confirmación para que puedas hacer un seguimiento del mismo.

En caso de que no te encuentres en la dirección de envío en el momento de la entrega, el servicio de mensajería se pondrá en contacto contigo para concertar un segundo intento de entrega cuando más te convenga.

Una vez enviado el pedido, la dirección de entrega no puede modificarse. Si es necesario cambiar la dirección, deberás acordarlo directamente con el servicio de mensajería. Te en cuenta que el servicio de mensajería puede imponer una tarifa por cambios de dirección dentro del mismo país después del envío. No se aceptan modificaciones de dirección a otro país. LA MAGIA DE LA PLATA S.L. no se hará cargo de los gastos de envío adicionales derivados de la modificación de tu dirección de entrega.

Pedidos inferiores a 50 € - desde 10 €

Plazos de entrega:

• Express: una vez que el pedido esté preparado, el plazo de envío es de 24 horas hábiles, si el pedido se realiza antes de las 4pm (CET), y 48 horas hábiles si se realiza después de las 4pm (CET).
• Estándar: una vez que el pedido esté preparado, el plazo de envío es de 3 días hábiles, si el pedido se realiza antes de las 4pm (CET), y 4 días hábiles si se realiza después de las 4pm (CET).

BALEARIC ISLANDS

Orders over €60- FREE SHIPPING

• Express: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET). For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can take up to 24 additional hours.

Orders over €80 - FREE SHIPPING

• Express: Only valid for Portugal, France, Germany, UK, Italy and Holland. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 24 working hours, in case your order has been placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if done after 4pm (CET). 
• Standard: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is in 3-5 working days. Exceptions: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland and Finland the shipping time is 6 to 8 working days.
